ComField Management Services is a privately owned and operated company that specializes in Condominium and residential as well as commercial property management in the GTA. Founded in 2004 the company evolved from the parent company Community First Developments Inc.

ComField believes that the proper staff makes all the difference in the management of their client’s property, so they employ an experienced team with a number of relevant designations who receive ongoing training.

In 2020 ComField formed the Aegis Building DIagnostics to specialize in energy management and advisory to use advanced data to optimize energy use while reducing GHG emissions with the mission of reducing energy use, environmental impact, and operating costs as a way to enhance their client’s properties. The impact of this green initiative can be seen across all aspects of the property systems, including increased property values, resident comfort, and extended life of operating equipment.
