About 3504 Hurontario Street — Eden Park Condos
Situated in the neighbourhood of Fairview, and within close reach of all that Mississauga’s downtown core has to offer, the Eden Park Condos rises to 33 storeys and contains 300 suites. Times Group Corporation created the building back in 2007, and 3504 Hurontario has remained a popular choice amongst condo seekers ever since.
Most impressive of all at 3504 Hurontario are the amenities, which include a 24-hour Concierge, a gym, indoor pool, and sauna, a terrace with barbecues, and an outdoor kids playground. The building also boasts a party room, guest suites, and visitor parking (unlimited daytime and 10 overnight passes per month for each home), making Eden Park a great place to entertain friends and family.
The Suites
Homes at 3504 Hurontario range from 550 to 1,200 square feet and contain one, two, or three bedrooms. Some suites also contain dens, which can be creatively transformed into nurseries, play rooms, home offices, or libraries.
Common features in the building include granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, and hardwood flooring, and thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that grace the homes at Eden Park, residents are afforded amazing views of downtown Mississauga — especially those who live on the uppermost levels.
The Neighbourhood
Living in Fairview means having easy access to Mississauga’s downtown core, without having to reside directly inside the city’s most active neighbourhood. Residents live within close reach of Square One Shopping Centre, Celebration Square, and the Living Arts Centre, for example, and yet they can also enjoy strolling along the residential streets of Fairview when they so please. On particularly nice days Fairview residents can be found at Kariya Park, a green space that’s not only named for, but whose design is also inspired by Mississauga’s sister city of Kariya, Japan.
Transportation
Travelling to and from 3504 Hurontario is a breeze thanks to the building’s central locale. Hurontario connects drivers with major highways like the 403, the 401, and the QEW, with the latter two providing access to the city of Toronto. Those without cars of their own, on the other hand, can catch the 103 Hurontario Express from just outside the building, which travels between the Port Credit GO Station and Brampton’s Gateway Terminal. Residents can also hop off the bus at the Cooksville GO Station, and from there they can catch trains heading along the Milton line.
