The One Park Tower Condos is quite the luxurious building, hence the name of the street on which it sits. Built in 2008 by Daniels Corporation, 388 Prince of Wales still ranks 4th on the list of tallest buildings in Mississauga, at 37 storeys. The enormous tower contains 404 suites, the majority of which are home to young, sociable residents. Those living in the building aren’t shy to use the One Park Tower’s many amenities, such as the gym, indoor pool, sauna, guest suites, party room, terrace with barbecues, and visitor parking.
The Suites
While none of the homes at 388 Prince of Wales are quite palatial in size, suites range from cozy 450-square-foot studios to 1,500-square-foot, three bedroom units. This means that all sorts of prospective residents are accounted for, from single professionals to sizeable families and everyone in between.
In terms of style the homes at 388 Prince of Wales are modern, yet elegant with their large windows, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Best of all, every unit contains at least one balcony, while some even boast two.

Living in the heart of Mississauga’s Downtown Core has its perks for residents of all ages. Those with kids might find they frequent the nearby Playdium Amusement Centre, Cineplex Cinemas, or the YMCA on rainy days, while an easy yet impressive date night for residents of the One Park Tower Condos involves dinner in the neighbourhood before or after a show at the Living Arts Centre.

Transportation

Drivers can use Hurontario or Mavis Road to hop onto the 403, which provides access to both the 401 and the 407. Those without cars of their own, on the other hand, can find bus stops on Prince of Wales Drive and Confederation Parkway, as well as at the City Centre Transit Terminal, which takes just 10 minutes to reach on foot.
