About 4011 Brickstone Mews — PSV & PSV2 Condos
The PSV and PSV2 Condos are more than just residential buildings — it’s also two pieces of Amacon’s Parkside Village development, a planned community with 10 condos that’s conveniently situated near shops, public transit, and parks. The two ultra-modern, glass-clad towers at 4011 Brickstone Mews and 510 Curran Place were constructed in 2017 and contain a total of 1014 units, PSV1 with 591 units spread out over 49 storeys, and PSV2 with 423 units spread out over 42 storeys. The two towers share common space and amenities.
Besides everything that the surrounding community has to offer, residents living in the building have access to an impressive set of amenities. The building is equipped with a gym, indoor pool and sauna, lounge, movie room, library, games room, party room, terrace with barbecues, volleyball court, kids play area, and ‘pooch patio’ — because pets deserve their own amenities too. And to top it all off, 4011 Brickstone Mews and 510 Curran Place are staffed by a concierge who is available to assist residents 24-hours a day.
The Suites
With homes ranging from around 550 to 1,700 square feet and containing anywhere from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus a den, Amacon designed the PSV & PSV II Condos to be as diverse as possible. And while Union 31 designed all of the interiors, there’s still some variation from unit to unit in terms of style and finish. Some suites, for example, contain rounded walls, while others boast Berber carpet in the bedrooms.
As for the consistencies throughout this property, prospective residents can expect to find open-concept kitchens with quartz countertops and custom cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, pre-engineered hardwood and hand-set, oversized porcelain flooring, deep soaker tubs and rain-style showerheads, and balconies or terraces for all.
The Neighbourhood
As we mentioned, the PSV and PSV2 Condos were purposefully placed in a vibrant location by its developers. With the community set in Mississauga’s Downtown Core, residents can reach tons of exciting destinations on foot.
The YMCA, the Central Library, the Art Gallery of Mississauga, and the Living Arts Centre, for example, are all just a short walk away from 4011 Brickstone and 510 Curran Pl. By walking just a little farther, residents will find themselves at a Cineplex Cinemas, Playdium Amusement Centre, Whole Foods Market, or the Square One Shopping Centre.
Transportation
With MiWay buses carrying passengers along the streets of Mississauga, even residents without cars of their own can get around with ease. Those planning to commute into downtown Toronto can ride the 21 GO Bus, which transports riders from City Centre Drive and Mercer Street to Union Station in about one hour. With the drive taking around the same time during rush hour, many residents prefer to sit back, relax, and get some reading done while they travel.
