About 10 Bellair StreetNo 10 Bellair

On the north side of Bloor Street West, surrounded by high-end shops and hotels, sits the perfectly placed Toronto condos at 10 Bellair Street. This luxury condominium building provides elegant and private residences, perfect for Torontonians looking for homes right at the entrance to the city centre.

Built in 2003, No 10 Bellair occupies a highly desirable spot in the southern end of Yorkville, one of Toronto’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The modern high-rise has a granite and glass façade, which stands out next to some of the more brutalist architecture around Bay and Bloor.

In addition to a prime location, Toronto condos for sale in this building come with a long list of amenities for residents to enjoy. The building boasts a gym, pool, sauna, concierge and security services, a parking garage, two guest suites, a party room with a catering kitchen, valet services, and a billiards room. The building also allows small pets.

No 10 Bellair also has two unique features rarely found in a condominium building: a full spa club (with its own golf simulator) and a rooftop garden terrace with water fountains and a reflecting pool.

    The Suites

There are 133 downtown Toronto condos found within the 27 storeys of No 10 Bellair, and the homes range in size from around 350 square feet, to just over 6,000 square feet. Ranging from intimate to expansive, suites come with one to four bedrooms, one to three bathrooms, as well as additional dens and powder rooms in certain units.

Many of the suites have large balconies or terraces for residents to sunbathe or relax on, and the open-concept layouts inside provide the perfect setting for entertaining and everyday living. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure spaces inside are bright, while details like crown moulding, hardwood floors and even fireplaces provide high-class coziness.

Kitchens are stylishly finished with a variety of unique backsplashes, stone countertops and integrated stainless steel appliances, as well as large breakfast bars and islands for comfortable dining and serving. Bathrooms also feature stone counters, as well as glass door showers and large tile floors.

Some of the larger suites have convenient built-in shelves and enormous walk-in closets, while all suites have ensuite laundry units, and 9 or 10 foot ceilings.

    The Neighbourhood

No 10 Bellair is in an excellent spot for enjoying some of central Toronto’s best restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment. Yorkville Village, with its classy stores, eateries and galleries, is just a short walk north of the building, and even more shopping can be found at either the Yorkville Village Mall or Hudson’s Bay Shopping Centre, both of which contain liquor and grocery stores

The surrounding area is also terrific for both evening and daytime entertainment. Plenty of great bars can be found nearby, as well as cultural venues like the Royal Ontario Museum or the Gardiner Museum.

New, classic, and avant-garde films will all be available to residents, thanks to the Spadina Theatre, Varsity Cinemas, and Isabel Bader Theatre, all of which are close by. And the Koerner Hall is also within close reach, at Avenue Road and Bloor Street — perfect for seeing a concert without having to drive or ride on the TTC.

Lots of green spaces also serve the area: Queen’s Park lies to the south, Ramsden Park, Jessie Ketchum Park and the Rosedale Ravine are just up north, and the Village of Yorkville Parkette is mere steps from the building.

Additionally, several schools serve the neighborhood, such as Jessie Ketchum Junior and Senior Public School, Jarvis Collegiate Institute, Branksome Hall, and St Josephs College School.

    Transportation

The area around No 10 Bellair is easy to navigate, with all the bike lanes, subway stations and TTC routes close by. There are bike lanes on streets like Bloor and Davenport Road, and residents are a short walk away from bus routes on Bay Street, and Avenue Road.

Best of All, Bay Subway Station is right across the street, so residents can be on the train within minutes from leaving the building. For motorists, the nearest highway is the Don Valley Parkway, which can be reached by taking Bloor Street East.
