As with most townhouse units, amenities are modest, and include BBQ areas, parking, and visitor parking. Maintenance fees are higher than the neighbourhood average and high for a townhome, which could deter some buyers given the lack of amenities. However, the spacious floor plans within could tip the scales for prospective buyers.

Transportation
With a home at 10 Rodda Blvd, it’s possible to run errands on foot — even grocery runs — as there are multiple pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk.
Public transit users can catch a bus on Lawrence and connect to Guildwood Train station, but travel time to Union Station will take about an hour. Car owners can go north on Morningside Avenue for the nearest 401 on-ramp.
