Cars entering the complex must first stop for a security check at a gatehouse, and besides the buildings themselves there are plenty of outdoor common spaces for residents to enjoy. There’s even a courtyard with barbecues and picnic tables that’s perfect for summertime grilling. Other amenities at 24 Southport St include a gym, sauna, and indoor swimming pool, as well as a concierge and underground parking.
