    Living here has been a journey. I've been living here a few years, and have had to update my reviews along the way. The area has always been great and I've been falling in love with the views of the lake and marina from the start. Everytthing I need is convenient and in walking distance, and Humber walking trail is my favorite spot in the city. However, the elevators have not always been reliable, especially when I'm running late, and the amenities used to be a huge frustration, never open even though the fees cover them. Management and concierge has had high turnover, which is probably one of the reasons for the issues, but I am hopefull that this newest change is in the right direction, and if you can handle the quirks you will not regret moving here!
