49 East Liberty St is a 27-storey condo in Liberty Village that stands with its sister building, 51 East Liberty St. The two are part of a master-development by CanAlfa Group, and they share amenities and a big lobby. Most of those who live in Liberty Village are young professionals, and this is also true of this building. Other young professionals looking to purchase a condo in this building will be happy that they can fit right in. Things I like: - Low maintenance fees ($0.64/sqft as of September 2024) - Shared amenities between two condo corporations can help keep maintenance fees down - Organized concierge staff - Upcoming Ontario Line Station nearby Things to consider: - Train tracks nearby can be noisy at times - West-facing units look at another building, while East-facing units look directly onto the sister building @ 51 East Liberty. - Some layouts in the building are hit-and-miss layouts
