Constructed back in 1972 by Olympia and York Developments, this red brick high rise features white details, giving it a traditional yet bright feel. Upon first glance, it’s apparent that 60 Pavane Linkway is no boutique building. In fact, the edifice holds nearly 300 units that are spread out over 21 floors. The building also contains more than just homes. Residents have access to a gym, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, plus the condo is equipped with a concierge and security.
The Suites
The 288 suites found within the 60 Pavane Linkway condos come in two sizes: large and extra large. Homes start at around 900 square feet and reach to a generous 1,700 at their largest. There aren’t any studio suites to be found here either. Rather, units contain 2 bedrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, three bedrooms, or three bedrooms plus a den.
As is the case with longstanding condos, it’s hard to generalize about the suites at 60 Pavane Linkway. Some units have received serious facelifts over the years, while others have gone largely untouched. Even the layouts vary from unit to unit, with open concept living spaces just as common as fully separated rooms.

The Neighbourhood

The start of the Lower Don Recreation Trail is also just around the corner, and adventurous types can use this pedestrian path to hike as far south as the Port Lands and Cherry Beach.
As for commercial offerings, Sunny Foodmart is a 13-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from 60 Pavane Linkway. This large grocery store is located in the Flemingdon Park Shopping Centre, which is also home to numerous eateries, a bank, a post office, and a drug store.
Transportation
The building’s proximity to the Don Valley Parkway is definitely a highlight for drivers interested in 60 Parvane Linkway. This major north-south highway can be accessed via an onramp on Eglinton Avenue East, and it connects drivers to the 401 to the north and the Gardiner Expressway to the south.
As for those who prefer not to drive, the 100 Flemingdon Park bus connects riders to Broadview Station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. The 34 Eglinton East bus is another great option, making stops at both Kennedy and Eglinton stations.
