About 800 King Street W — The Kings Lofts
Go ahead — tell your friends you're considering purchasing one of the Toronto condos for sale at 800 King St West. While we don’t blame anyone who boasts about the name of their new home, putting a throne or velvet curtains in a unit at The Kings Lofts may be considered overkill.
Built in 2000 by Triloft Developments, the 6-storey soft loft structure in the King West neighbourhood is somewhat akin to a modern day palace: residents can rest in their own private living quarters before and after exploring communal areas such as the gym and party room.
