Transportation
Another reason residents living in the Ramsden may claim the Rosedale neighbourhood as their own is that the Budd Sugarman Park around the corner sits beside Rosedale Station, on the Yonge-University-Spadina line. Although Bloor-Yonge Station (which services both the north-southing running Yonge-University-Spadina and east-west Bloor-Danforth lines) sits down the street from the building as well, hopping on a train at Rosedale is the best bet for scoring a seat, as this station is much less busy.
Last but not least, 980 Yonge is a much sought-after location for those who commute by car. Belmont provides the best nearby access point for the Don Valley Parkway — often taking around five minutes to reach from the Ramsden Condos. Alternatively, Avenue Road and Mount Pleasant are great options for avoiding traffic jams on Yonge.
