This building’s been a letdown. The management and maintenance teams are slow and hardly get anything done. The gym’s been missing several machines for months, even though they promised regular upkeep. The worst part? The squash court’s been closed for over a month because of a leak. The ceiling got fixed, but the court’s still shut with no signs of progress. We’re paying high maintenance fees, but all we’re getting is constant elevator breakdowns and zero communication from management. It’s frustrating to pay for amenities that aren’t available and have to deal with such poor management.

For a new development both management and maintenance teams are incredibly slow and inefficient. The gym, one of the main selling points, has several machines that have been out of service for months with no updates or repairs. Despite being told that maintenance is done monthly, many machines have been broken for 5 months with no sign of progress. The sauna, which opened in May after months of testing, still doesn't work properly, staying barely warm enough to be considered a sauna. Elevators are frequently out of service, and management rarely responds to emails or provides updates on any complaints or concerns. Despite high maintenance fees for owners, the building is poorly run and lacks proper communication.
