One of the most appealing aspects of this property is its great value; Toronto condos for sale in this building are well below the average price per square foot, meaning more bang for your buck.

As for amenities, The Victorian has a humble offering of extras which is reflected in low maintenance fees — gym, rooftop terrace, party room, parking garage.

The Victorian is ideal for young professionals and first-time home buyers; as a resident of this building, you have an incredible location in an exciting neighbourhood, and a comfortable home to retire to after you’ve had your fill of entertainment. There are flashier downtown Toronto condos but very few which offer spacious floor plans at such reasonable prices.

    The Suites

Central downtown location with easy access to transit and amenities. Proximity to shopping and entertainment, but needs some maintenance because of aging infrastructure. The neighborhood is vibrant but can be noisy at times. The units are generally compact, making it a good choice for those prioritizing location over space.
