About 130 Carlton Street — Carlton on the Park
Located at 135 Carlton Street, this traditional 12-storey condominium has been providing spacious homes in the Cabbagetown neighbourhood since 1985. There are definite benefits to buying Toronto condos for sale in an older building, and these spacious units are proof of that value, as even the smallest suites clock in at over 1200 square feet.
Carlton on the Park offers a wide array of amenities to relax and excite residents; indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, squash court, party room, rooftop terrace with barbeques, parking garage, and security guard. The building is pet friendly and has an off leash dog park directly across the street at Allan Gardens.
Condos in this building have great value and are on the low end for price per square foot compared to most downtown Toronto condos, making this building ideal for small families, or mature couples who are looking to downsize from a detached home but don’t want to feel cramped in a swanky new build.
The Suites
They don’t build condos like this anymore — and that's a shame, because these luxurious suites feel more like houses than units, thanks to expansive layouts and ample square footage.
Carlton on the Park has units available for 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom + den, and 3 bedroom layouts — these units are extremely spacious, with suite sizes that range from 1257 to 2531 square feet.
Suites in this building have seen their share of personalization over the years, so finishes may vary, but expect crown mouldings, hardwood floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and living spaces, large windows and private balconies.
