Between Bay, Bloor and Yonge Street, and just south of Davenport Road, sits The Lotus Condos at 8 Scollard Street. The Lotus Condos reach just 17 storeys, and hold 155 Toronto condos within. The homes rang from just over 400 to almost 1,800 square feet. The units vary in terms of exposure as well, with one or two bedroom units available. One or two bathrooms occupy each unit as well, while some one bedroom suites boast dens as well.
